Greaves Jams & Jellies have been made in Niagara-on-the-Lake Ontario since 1927 using time-honoured recipes, hand-stirring each batch of jams in open stainless-steel kettles, and never adding any pectin or preservatives.
This unique tiny plum is very tart but makes a fabulous jam. Make your own plum sauce by adding a little water then heating this jam gently, enjoy with chicken, ham, pork or seafood.
Ingredients: Damson Plums and sugar.
