Greaves Jams & Jellies have been made in Niagara-on-the-Lake Ontario since 1927 using time-honoured recipes, hand-stirring each batch of jams in open stainless-steel kettles, and never adding any pectin or preservatives.
Tart, plump black currants, create a jam studded with lots of whole berries and beautiful dark colour. A classic European flavour. Add to your favourite pan sauce for a fresh burst of tart, sweet flavour.
